Arrival at Suratthani for "Orientation" - approximately two weeks before contracts begin. This time will be used for new staff to settle into Thailand, meet with the rest of the staff, acquaint themselves with schools, find suitable accommodation and have some relaxation by the beach. New staff will also start to acquaint themselves with the materials we use and get the general feeling of the way in which we operate our schools. This is also a good time to learn some basic Thai language. | ||
