To obtain the correct  visa to become a teacher you must first obtain a Non-Immigrant B Visa.

You do this by being sponsored by your future employer.

If you are already in Thailand with a tourist visa, you must obtain the correct paperwork from your future employer. You then go to a neighbouring country with the facility to process your documentation, usually Malaysia.

You must obtain a Non-Imm B visa before you can become a registered teacher in The Kingdom of Thailand.

This can be obtained in your own country before you arrive in Thailand or You may go to Penang in Malaysia to change your tourist visa to a Non-Imm B visa.

To obtain a Non-Imm B visa visa you need a sponsoring letter from your employer. Details will be given to you.

When the Non-Immigrant B Visa is issued we can begin the process of obtaining the necessary permits for you to live in Thailand for one year.

Should you wish to stay for a further year the visa can be processed within Thailand.

If you wish to leave Thailand and then return, you must obtain a re-entry visa so that your Non-Immigrant visa is not cancelled at the border on exit from Thailand.

YOU MAY NOT STAY IN THAILAND FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS ON A TOURIST VISA. AFTER THAT TIME YOU MUST LEAVE THE COUNTRY FOR THREE MONTHS BEFORE APPLYING TO RETURN.
