This association, which is managed by TESOL-ASIA, has been formed to raise the standard of: recruitment, vetting, inspection and accountability in the delivery of English language education to the students of Suratthani Province.

  • Clearly state the job description holidays and benefits of each appointment.
  • Report to "TOP Teachers" on the effectiveness and general performance of each teacher placed in their schools.
TOP Teachers" have agreed to:
  • Supply well qualified, effective teachers who can adjust to Thai culture and live in the community in a responsible and professional manner.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and general performance of each teacher placed in associate schools/establishments
  • Provide "in-service training" to bring any teacher who might need help to the required standard.
